At Foss, our vehicle maintenance technicians (VMT) oversee every vehicle repair over the preset call limit set by they client. The repair is sent to us for screening, and we either approve or decline it based on the vehicle's maintenance history and whether we believe the repair is necessary according to the vehicle manufacturer's policy or your company policy. This ensures that our clients never pay more than what is absolutely necessary for vehicle maintenance.
