Foss National Leasing is pleased to announce that we are moving to paperless invoicing in the form of a PDF file. We have recognized the need to eliminate the amount of excessive paper we produce and are committed to do our part to conserve our forests and trees.

Please join us in our new and ever changing outlook on the way we cope with the never-ending piles of paper we all consume. Print only the page or pages needed or simply view the detailed invoice on your PC. This time saver has lasting benefits and tremendous value.

Beginning with our JUNE/JULY 2006 billing, we will provide your monthly invoice electronically in the form of a PDF file. To assist with the transition, for the first two months we will provide you with both paper and PDF invoice. Our AUGUST 2006 invoice will be produced only with a PDF invoice.

In order to have this provide the best value to you we need to know the email address that you would like this sent to. Your monthly billing has a customer number on it. For each customer number that you have, please send us the email address that you would like the monthly files sent to.

If you want your leasing and fuel/maintenance billing sent to separate addresses, simply tell us. You may send this to pdf@fossnational.com and we will set it up for you.

You can also send any changes to your PDF billing profile to this address too. We would like this information by end of April.
